Wednesday, 1 November: Dial up the sophistication this festive season, with Rockpool Bar & Grill, Spice Temple and Saké Restaurant & Bar offering unique ways to celebrate with family, friends, colleagues and clients for the annual pre-Christmas get-together. Saké The RocksOmakase
Celebrate at Saké The Rocks, which offers a sensational Omakase degustation experience for private groups, hosted by Japanese Chef Shimpei Hatanaka. The exclusive menu includes seven exquisite courses – over twenty delicious items – based on the finest seafood and fresh produce delivered that day. Hosted in the ambient Bonsai private dining room, groups of six to 10 guests are accommodated around a traditional Japanese communal chef’s table, where they can watch Chef Shimpei prepare delicate sashimi, nigiri and sushi, as well as steamed and grilled dishes. Brand Sommelier Gustavo Kroneis continues the personal journey, selecting wine and sake to pair with each course.

Rockpool Sydney – Degustation by Rockpool
At Rockpool Sydney guests can experience Degustation by Rockpool, a coveted and limited-number degustation dinner, in the stylish Mezzanine private dining suite. Each six-course, two-hour experience epitomises the sophisticated dining for which Rockpool is renowned, and has optional pairings of beautiful, premium wines, hand-picked by the award-winning Sommelier team. Four sittings per evening each accommodate just 6 to 8 guests, ensuring an intimate and personal evening.  

Availability: Thursday to Saturday evenings | 6.45pm, 7pm, 7.15pm, 7.30pm

Spice Temple Mud Crab Experience 
Make Mud Crabs the centrepiece of a shared banquet meal at Spice Temple. Mud Crabs are currently at their seasonal best, with luxurious, irresistibly sweet flesh. Spice Temple sources live crabs from Queensland, cooks them to order and serves them with a choice of five traditional sauces: Four Chillies, Salted Olive & Black Bean, Ginger & Shallot, Black Bean & Salted Chilli, and XO. All Mud Crabs dishes are $99 each, until Sunday 31st December. Build a banquet of a la carte dishes with Mud Crabs the hero.

Saké The Rocks, Manly, Double Bay Champagne Lunch 
Elevate a group lunch get-together with a 90-minute Lallier Champagne package, to accompany a delicious set menu of contemporary Japanese dishes. Featuring Lallier Reflexion R.019 Brut NV, this celebratory menu is available for groups of four to eight guests. House wine, beer and soft drinks are also available. Enjoy in the ambient Saké The Rocks, stylish Saké Double Bay and the coastal chic of Saké Manly.
