Join us at Rockpool Bar & Grill during Melbourne Food & Wine Festival to celebrate our Indigenous culinary culture over a long lunch of spectacular native ingredients and techniques. 

In partnership with the National Indigenous Culinary Institute (NICI), alumni chefs Luke Bourke and Sam May, supported by Ronston Baira and Krystie Sabatino, take centre stage at Rockpool. Over a lunch of five courses plus snacks, you’ll hear from the chefs and guest speakers – including Rockpool’s own Sous Chef Luke Bourke – and enjoy matched wines from Mt Yengo.

Join us for an exclusive steak showcase celebrating a range of rare beef breeds that are exclusively available to Rockpool Bar & Grill, supplied by Australia’s most celebrated Wagyu producer, Victorian farmer David Blackmore.  

The small-group events are hosted in a spectacular private dining room, with Rockpool Head Chefs explaining unique cuts, flavours and textures.  

A cocktail and canapé on arrival are followed by an exquisite three-course dinner, plus sides dishes, with a tasting plate of five cuts of steak the centrepiece. The menu includes matched wines from Rockpool’s venerated cellar.

Rockpool Melbourne’s Express Business Lunch is a quicker, 30-minute, dining option. Choose a main dish and a beverage, with complimentary Rockpool salad for the table, Baker Bleu bread and Coppertree Farms butter, plus still or sparkling water.

Embark on a culinary journey like no other at Rockpool Bar & Grill. We’re thrilled to announce the return of our much-anticipated Degustation at Rockpool Sydney, an experience that indulges your senses and elevates dining to new heights.

Private dining on the Mezzanine becomes the stage for a symphony of flavours, where each course is a crescendo of taste and culinary innovation. The exclusive six-course degustation has been crafted with the utmost attention to detail. Each course epitomises the sophisticated dining for which Rockpool is renowned, and has optional pairings of premium wines, hand-picked by our Sommelier team.
