Each course epitomises the sophisticated dining for which Rockpool is renowned, and has optional pairings of premium wines, hand-picked by our Sommelier team.

Join us for an exclusive steak showcase celebrating a range of rare beef breeds that are exclusively available to Rockpool Bar & Grill, supplied by Australia’s most celebrated Wagyu producer, Victorian farmer David Blackmore.
The small-group events are hosted in a spectacular private dining room, with Rockpool Head Chefs explaining unique cuts, flavours and textures.
A cocktail and canapé on arrival are followed by an exquisite three-course dinner, plus sides dishes, with a tasting plate of five cuts of steak the centrepiece. The menu includes matched wines from Rockpool’s venerated cellar.
