Credit cards incur a processing fee visa/mastercard 1.7% to 2.7% all debit cards and eftpos incur a processing fee of 0.95% external payment apps, Gift cards incur additional fees. 10% surcharge applies on sundays , 15% surcharge on public holidays. For tables of 6 or more guests, your bill will include a service charge of 10%
Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade guests may charge the bill to their room, to be paid in full upon checkout.

Food
Our beef is sourced directly from the producers and dry aged on our premises. The dry ageing process is important as it brings a better flavour to the beef than that of the more common wet aging in cryovac, which in essence is really preserving the beef. This however takes a big commitment as we have many tonnes of beef ageing at any one time. We believe that the types of beef we have are representative of the best of their type in Australia. Blackmore’s Wagyu and Cape Grim Grass Fed Beef fit into the strict Rockpool philosophy of humane treatment to the cattle. There are no growth hormones used and no antibiotic feed supplements. This is a rare thing in Australia today, particularly with the standard lot fed cattle.
Wine
Rockpool Bar & Grill Perth has an extensive wine list with over 2,600 wines, a full bar of spirits and a selection of bottled beers. You may pre-select from our functions wine list provided or alternatively our Sommelier team will be happy to liaise with you regarding your beverage choices from our full wine list
Private Dining
Rockpool Bar & Grill’s two private dining rooms, with elegant interiors, are some of Perth’s most impressive locations for special occasions.
If you are dining privately or you are dining in the main dining room and your reservation is for groups of more than 12 guests, a set menu will be required. Our three course set menus are priced from $149 per person and must be selected prior to the date of your event. We also have a two-course lunch menu option for $129 per person.
A selection of canapés can also be arranged on arrival to enjoy with pre lunch or dinner drinks.
We have the ability to be flexible with our menus and are happy to alter or expand them to suit your tastes and preferences.
A discretionary 10% service fee is applied to the final bill for tables of 6 or more guests.
Reservations
We accept bookings online for tables of 1 to 12. Please note that there is limited seating availability online, If your preferred time is unavailable, we ask you to please call the restaurant directly. Dress Code
Our dress code is smart casual. While jackets and ties are not necessary, we kindly request that our valued guests refrain from wearing sportswear or informal clothing. We do not permit guests to wear the following: hats, sleeveless shirts, shorts, athletic leggings, thongs, sandals or running shoes.
