Monday, 28 August 2023: Experience London A-List bar and one of 50 of the World’s Best Bars, Kwãnt, at Rockpool Sydney for two nights only.
The prestigious Mayfair establishment makes its Australian debut at Rockpool Sydney on Tuesday 19th and Wednesday 20th September, for an exclusive Sydney bar takeover during the annual Negroni Week celebrations, in partnership with Campari.
Kwãnt’s world-renowned and vibrant Italian mixologist Giusy Castaldo joins Rockpool Sydney Bar Manager Leonardo Zuccardi Merli and his team for this first-of-its-kind event.
Three creative and incomparable Kwãnt cocktails, with a nod to the grandeur and elegance experienced at the prestigious Mayfair establishment, will be unveiled on the evening:

A selection of sophisticated Rockpool canapés accompany Giusy’s trio of exceptional cocktails – the perfect marriage of culinary art and bar excellence, meticulously crafted by Erik Lorincz, Kwãnt is a testament to unrivalled creativity, striking the perfect balance between modern and classic cocktails, and displaying a thoughtful craft.
Giusy will represent Erik’s ethos. Her strong curiosity of diverse cultures and passion for travel have favoured the discovery of new flavours, aromas, and textures, which characterise her exciting creations.
Rockpool’s Leonardo says it is a privilege to host Kwãnt and Giusy at Rockpool Bar, where the team is in high spirits ahead of the two-night takeover.
“I know Giusy from my time working in London and have always admired her tenacity for conceptualising adventurous cocktails that bridge classic and contemporary creations, while delivering something unique and delightfully drinkable,” Leonardo says.
To close out Negroni Week, Giusy will take over the bar at Society in Melbourne on Sunday, 24th September.
