There are several ways to celebrate EOFY at Rockpool Bar & Grill. Each Rockpool restaurant has stunning dining rooms and group dining menus. The world-renowned Rockpool steakhouses also have a special EOFY masterclass package available for corporate bookings.
Private EOFY Masterclass
Corporate groups can enjoy a private masterclass and exclusive EOFY dining experience at each Rockpool restaurant.
A Rare Breed Steak Tasting Masterclass has been created especially for EOFY celebrations.
The Rare Breed Steak Tasting Masterclass is exclusively available at Rockpool Bar & Grill.
Participants experience a new range of rare beef breeds from Australia’s most celebrated beef farmer. Victorian farmer David Blackmore provides Rockpool restaurants with three rare beef breeds that aren’t available anywhere else in Australia. The rare beef breeds are called Mishima, Rohne and Rubia Gallega.

Culinary Direction
The Rare Breed Steak Tasting menu was developed by Hunter St. Hospitality Culinary Director Corey Costelloe. Hunter St. Hospitality owns the iconic Rockpool Bar & Grill restaurants where Corey has worked for over 12 years.
Corey said the aim is to give corporate groups an opportunity to unwind, dine and have fun together as the financial year comes to a close.
“The last few years have been tough, group events have been put on the backburner, and if there was ever a good time to bring team members together for a rewarding group occasion or bonding session it’s the end of the financial year,” he said.
“Our Rockpool restaurants have beautiful private dining rooms available for group events, but we also want to offer opportunities for team building and bonding, in a relaxed setting, as a way for employers to thank their teams after such a tremendously difficult time.”
He describes the Rare Beef Breed Tasting Menu as a “one-of-a-kind premium dining experience in Australia”.
“Nowhere else in Australia can you find these three rare beef breeds available on the menu. Guests also enjoy five different cuts in one sitting. We explain the different flavours, textures and eating experiences. It’s a unique menu that you won’t find anywhere else.”

The Rare Breed Steak Tasting Masterclass is held in one of Rockpool Bar & Grill’s private dining rooms.
Private dining rooms are an ideal place to enjoy a luxurious long lunch or decadent dinner with colleagues.
