All Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX credit card transactions incur a processing fee of 1.8%. Debit card (Visa & Mastercard) transactions incur a processing fee of 1.4% and EFTPOS, 1.15%. International cards incur a processing fee of 3.5%. 10% discretionary service charge applies to all groups of 6+. 10% surcharge applies on Sundays. 15% surcharge applies on all public holidays
Our High Quality, Wood Fired Meat
Our beef is sourced directly from the producers and dry aged on premises. The dry ageing process is essential as it brings a superior flavour to the beef than that of the more common wet ageing technique in cryovac, which, in essence, preserves the beef. Our process is a significant commitment as we have many tonnes of beef ageing at any one time. We believe that the types of beef we house are representative of the best of their type in Australia. Blackmore’s Wagyu and Cape Grim Grass Fed Beef fit into the strict Rockpool philosophy of humane treatment to cattle: there are no growth hormones used and no antibiotic feed supplements. We believe that the best possible dining experience starts with the best possible ingredients.

We accept bookings online for all main dining reservations, our system is live and will show availability in real time. Cancellations will show up on our online system, so we recommend checking intermittently if you are looking for a specific time.
Dress Code
Our dress code is smart. Rockpool Bar & Grill does not admit guests dressed in sportswear or over casual clothing such as, hats, singlets, shorts, gym tights, AND running shoes.
