Where can I use my gift card?

Hunter St. Hospitality features some of the most recognisable names in premium dining in Australia.

You can use your gift card at any of our restaurants including Rockpool Bar & Grill, Spice Temple, Saké Restaurant & Bar, The Cut Bar & Grill, and Bar Patron.

Older Rockpool Dining Group and dual-branded Hunter St. Hospitality and Pacific Concepts cards can still be redeemed at our venues if they are still valid.

Can I use my gift card to make a booking?

We require a credit card guarantee to secure a booking. However, we can reimburse the credit card security payment for gift card payment at the time of dining/paying.

How long will it take my gift card to arrive?

Digital cards are emailed to you straight away. Physical Gift Cards only available for purchase in a venue.

Does my card expire?

All gift cards expire three years from the date of purchase.

Can I purchase gift cards in bulk?

I didn’t receive my gift card via email, what do I do?

Terms and Conditions

Treat this voucher like cash. Lost vouchers will not be replaced, refunded, or redeemed. This voucher is redeemable for food and beverages at all our dine-in restaurants. Not redeemable for cash. Expiry of this voucher is three years after the purchase date and must be redeemed before the expiry; otherwise, this voucher will be void and cannot be redeemed after the expiry date. Cash, credit, or any type of refund will not be given for any unused balance. This voucher can be partially redeemed at different restaurants. Purchases exceeding the available balance require the difference to be paid by another method.
