Our steak showcase spotlights rare beef breeds, exclusive to the acclaimed Wagyu producer David Blackmore. Join Rockpool’s Head Chefs as they take you through each unique cut’s texture and unparalleled flavour.
A cocktail and canapé on arrival are followed by an exquisite four-course dinner, with a tasting plate of five cuts of steak as the centrepiece. Each course is also complemented by offerings from Rockpool’s revered wine cellar.

Join us for the Dom Pérignon Vertical Champagne Dinner, a one-off event showcasing a stunning selection of Dom Pérignon vintages, including the exceptional Plénitude 2. The evening will be guided by Dean O’Reilly, Australia’s leading champagne expert, offering insights into the profile and evolution of these world-renowned champagnes.
This intimate experience will feature a six-course menu expertly paired with Dom Pérignon’s finest offerings, such as the 2013 Vintage and the 2000 Plénitude 2 Rosé. Executive Chef Santiago Aristizabal presents a five-course tasting experience that celebrates the diversity of beef through five distinct breeds: Wagyu, Angus, Wagyu-Angus Cross, Mishima, and Jersey. Each course draws influence from a different Latin American cuisine, culminating in a Colombian-inspired main that honours chef Santiago’s heritage.
Available exclusively at Rockpool Bar & Grill Sydney, the menu is thoughtfully paired with a curated selection of beverages to complement each course.
Rockpool Perth presents a seasonal tasting menu that highlights Western Australia’s native ingredients. Expect clean, focused flavours—thoughtfully prepared over the woodfire grill, balanced with bright native aromatics.
Each course is considered: La Delizia stracciatella with pickled and charred qukes, basil and sesame oil; your choice of Angus Pure fillet with café de Paris butter or charcoal-roasted market fish. Crisp, textural sides and a seasonal tart to finish keep the menu balanced and refined.
Optional wine pairings include Wines of the World or Iconic Regions of France, curated to complement each course.
