Booking & Cancellation Policy
Confirmation & Credit Card Details
During peak service times, we kindly ask for a credit card to be placed on file when booking, helping us minimise last-minute cancellations and no-shows.
Cancellation & Changes in Numbers
If a booking is cancelled late or guests do not attend, a fee of $50 per person may apply. For small groups, we request at least 4 hours’ notice to avoid this charge. For groups of 8 or more, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Please note that separate cancellation terms apply to private room bookings, which will be shared at the time of reservation.

By confirming your reservation with us and supplying credit card details you are accepting of and are bound by the terms and conditions as stated in this agreement.
This agreement is valid for all Hunter St. Hospitality brands as noted below.
